TO Become a Pan Card Agent, It is necessary to understand the Concept of Issuing Authority of PAN Cards, There are Two Agencies deputed by Govt of India and these are : (1) NSDL (2) UTI

We will be giving you authorisation by UTI (Unit Trust of India).

Before You Start to Become a Pan Card Agent, You should be Capable of Handling the following.

(1) Computer/LapTop fully.

(2) Printer with Scanner, and full knowledge of Handling Printer, Scanning, Cropping and Resizing the Images.

(3) Well Conversant in English to fill the PAN Card Form Correctly and Fastly.

(4) A Place in Market or at Home where People Can Approach to You for Pan Cards.


(1) You will be given Login ID and Password to Log on to and then to B2B Panel Login. 

(2) You will be Logging on to Pan Card Site.

(3) You will fill the form (New Apply/Correction) and A Application Number be generated and Printed on Application.

(4) You will take the Print of Filled Application.

(5) You Will then Affix 2 Color Photographs and Get the Signature on Application.

(6) You will then Scan the Application on your Printer and Seperately Save the Filled Form, Image Scan, Signature Scan, Proof of Aadhar or other IDs, Copy of Old Pan (In case of Re-Issue)

(7) You Will then Upload all the Documents on the Same Portal.

(8) You will then make a Payment of Rs 110, which will be deducted from your Portal Wallet.

(9) You Will be generating the Pan Card Receipt for the Customer.

(10) The Documents Collected from Customer will be Posted to UTI, Once in 15 Days.

(11) No Commission will be given by UTI or by,  you will be collecting the Service Charge from the Customer.


You are required to Send the following Documents (Images/Scan Copy) in JPEG format  by email to or by Whatsapp to Mobile Number 9015-698-698 

(1) Name, Mobile Number and Email ID for Registration.

(2) Pan Card of Applicant.

(3) Aadhar Card of Applicant.

(4) Bank Details of Applicant (Including Bank Account Number, Bank Name and IFSC Code)

(5) Rs 1500 as Joining Fees (One time Registration of Rs 500 (Non Refundable) and Rs 1000 as Wallet Balance

(5A) Make Payment by NEFT/IMPS to Khanna Associates, Current Account No. 06512000002516, NEFT HDFC0000651, Branch Sector 26 Noida

(6) On Receipt of Details and Amount, the Login ID and K Code will be mailed at Your Regd Email ID and Password Sent.

(7) You Can Log on to the System and Start the Procedure.

(8) Your Wallet Account will be updated with Rs 1000 and any service you utilise the Amount will be deducted from your wallet.

(9) As the Wallet Balance gets to Low, You can charge your account by remitting the Any Amount given above in clause (5A)

(10) Enjoy as E-Commerce Agent and you can continue to other available services on Portal, like Mobile Recharges, Bill Payments, Flight Bookings as FREE.
